PICYA TI 360 Pacific Rim Unity Parade, Feb 2021

On Saturday, February 20, Island Yacht Club members and friends had a fabulous circumnavigation tour of Treasure Island and Yerba Buena Island, courtesy of the Pacific Inter-Club Yacht Association (PICYA), with which Island Yacht Club is affiliated.

The Island Yacht Club fleet was:

• Blue Guitar - Power - Jim
• Libertine - Columbia Challenger 24 - Randy
• Freedom Bound - Hunter 38 - Jeff
• Disaster Relief - Ericson 27 - Will
• Medusa - Santa Cruz 27 - Ros & Nathan

Many thanks to Fleet Captain Eric for shepherding our flotilla around the island, during a clear day with a building breeze. And yes, what a parade of boats to be seen! We were in the company of South Beach Yacht Club, Bay Area Association of Disabled Sailors (BAADS), Classic Yacht Association and countless others from around the Bay and beyond.
